Fos Lighting products are warranted against any breakage during transit within 7 days from the date of delivery of the products, subject to the following conditions.

The customer must notify the company in writing of any breakage with picture(s) of broken part(s) along with a copy of the original invoice . The defective part(s) must be sent back to the company.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from or attributable to negligence, abuse, misuse, faulty care, operation or maintenance or repair, alterations to the goods or any part thereof by others or the use of the good on electrical supply for which they are not designed or damage caused by lighting or other electrical disturbances or interruptions. The customer will have no claim against the company, its employees and its authorized agents or franchisees under or pursuant to this warranty in respect of death or injury to the customer or any other person or loss or damage to any property caused by or due to equipment failure, breakdown or accident, fire or operation or due to any other cause or circumstances beyond the control of the company. Fos Lighting warranties only when the products are purchased from authorized sellers.

Fos Lighting is not liable for any for any counterfeit or defective products purchased from any unauthorized seller or online marketplaces.

2. Tag on every product with warranty terms and conditions.

3. Invoice should be either from Fos Designs & Services Pvt. Ltd. or from one of ours authorized online dealer's name.
